Not walking in the Winter Wonderland
…but training in it.
Besides the squat program I did yesterday I had an outdoor training in the snow with my girlfriend.
We did sled drags as shown in the below video with each other as the weight on the sled.
After 3 three rounds (the video shows only half of a round). We did a pull up ladder with the rope, sandbag training and as a finisher we had a snowball fight. Man this was fun!
Believe me after this training day my legs were and still are pretty exhausted. But under this perfect winter conditions you have to train outside it’s soo much fun.
So get outside and have lots of fun.
